Orlando Bonilla

I was born in Bogota Colombia in 1959. I discovered my passion for teaching long before I graduated from the University of La Salle in Bogotá, where I spent fifteen wonderful years teaching high school and college English as a foreign language.

Upon moving to Virginia five years ago, I changed my career to elementary and middle school education. Now I teach Spanish from 2^nd to 8^th grades. I enjoy teaching Spanish at St. Ann School. From the moment I entered the front doors, I felt that St. Ann was safe and nurturing, as well as spiritual and academic: I feel this is the right place for me! I bring to St. Ann love of teaching children and love of God and the Catholic faith.
